Hello to all! My name is Ruta (Roots for short); I am a Dental Hygienist with just over 10 years of experience. I graduated from India and I have completed Masters’s Degree in Dental Public Health (Bart’s and London).
My main focus is Oral Health Promotion in adults and children. I believe in HEALTHY TEETH AND GUMS that power reflections of a healthy body and mind.
I firmly believe Oral Health is key to dazzling smiles (with clean, shiny and healthy teeth of course)!
I like participating in charity walks and runs and actively supporting local charities such as Cancer Research UK and Willen Hospice.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, listening to classical music and baking; always experimenting on the sugar free bakes!

I am a qualified Dental Therapist and work in Periodontal and Orthodontic specialist practice in Milton Keynes in addition to NHS mixed practice after completion of my MSC in Dental Public Health with Bart’s and The London school of Dentistry in 2013 main areas of research focus is Oral Health Promotion, Oral health needs in population and Research in Ethnic Differences in Tobacco consumption in Outer East London.
